Snow wreaks havoc on state highways
Snow went horizontal, visibility plummeted and cars upended as winter — not the sun-splashed, early March variety, but the frigid, snow-blasted mid-January winter version — returned to New Hampshire Wednesday. Accidents bottled up traffic for a couple hours on the southbound portion of Interstate 93 in Canterbury in the early evening, New Hampshire State Police said.
